Fermentations, Bitters, Tonics, Mocktails and more! With regional collaborators and workshops on fermented foods and the importance of natural resource preservation.

Calling Lilac Blooms for our Annual Lilac Drive! In support and collaboration of School Garden Project who help Lane County Schools develop onsite vegetable gardens to us as an outdoor laboratory to teach children. Bring in a tote of blooming lilac blossoms to help us make our annual Lilac cider and non-alcoholic soda, and exchange them for vouchers good for juice or cider!
