Shipments of Cider:
Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only registered to ship to the following states:  CA, DC, FL, ID, MI, MN, NC, OR, WA,. Tax will be charged for the following states: CA-8.0%.

All cider orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. Cider will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the cidery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.

For 3Tier ship-to-states: In order to comply with alcohol regulations in your state, your order will be transferred to a retailer in your state selected by our fulfillment agent.

Orders are processed within 48 business hours of being received.  All shipments are shipped ground unless otherwise stated so, please allow 5-7 business days for normal delivery.

To avoid in-transit temperature extremes during the summer months, we offer 2nd Day Air.  We may also delay shipments if the heat is excessive.

Freight is calculated towards the end of the online ordering process. Also, at this time we do not ship online store products outside the United States. Our carrier is UPS.
