Eugene Bucket List – 100 Things to Do in Eugene Before You DieRegister

  • Instructor: Author: Julie Furst-Henning

Nestled in the heart of the Southern Willamette Valley, Eugene is known as the Emerald City, Silicone Shire, &Track Town USA. Defined by the official motto, “A Great City for the Arts & Outdoors,” Eugene is a place known for its high quality of life & a community of residents that thrive on finding a balance between work & play. This one-time home to both Olympic athlete Steve Prefontaine and American Author Ken Kesey is full of surprises from eclectic parades to hazelnut farms & even vintage arcades. In 100 Things to Do in Eugene Before You Die you’ll find a new adventure on every page, with seasonal events & detailed itineraries to serve as your own personal tour guide. Throughout this 1 hour interactive presentation, Eugene resident & local author Julie Furst-Henning presents attendees with a range of indoor & outdoor venues across the Emerald Valley. Citing examples from the book & beyond, Julie helps participants find the inspiration to start making their own regional adventure bucket lists. BRING encourages builders, community members, artists & businesses to rethink what they use & what they throw away. That is why Wildcraft will donate $1 to BRING for every cider purchased.
