HARVEST PARTY

In contrast and in tandem with our spring Fiddlehead Festival, and as the first in the “Gather for the Good” event series, we bring to you our 4thannual fall civic celebration, Harvest Party!

This family friendly, full-scale fall festival features an amazing line up of musicians, artists, wildcrafters, educators, and great local food; and of course, ciders! An environment to learn more about our invasive species utilization efforts, learn and taste the use of botanicals & fruits in foods and beverages, and why the Fall is host to the most important ingredient in our wild harvested & wild fermented ciders.

Listen and engage with some of our hard working locally influential non-profits such as, School Garden Project, Long Tom Watershed, McKenzie River Trust, and Friends of Buford Park as well as great sustainable, wild resource driven businesses such as Mountain Rose Herbs, and more.

We are proud to offer a product that is part of a locally renewable practice that demonstrates that it is possible to work together to harmoniously achieve goals of land restoration while rolling out what used to be wasted ingredients into something that is both thoughtfully crafted, wildly clean and delicious, and we can do this without the reliance of industrial, off-shore, and out-of-state ingredients. This vision would not be made possible without the shared activism, steadfast and supportive relationships of some outstanding non-profit and for-profit organizations and their talented and dedicated teams. We are excited to find ways to continue to expand these visions and the community around it. We would like to invite you to not just attend our celebration on October 5th& 6th, but to be a partner in supporting this community driven event.

We hate to waste, so we gather for the good!

Please join us on Friday October 5th with entertainment feat. Polyrhythmics, Scarub (of Living Legends), Ultimate Fantastic, Marv Ellis & WE Tribe from 6pm-mid at 2ndand Lincoln.  Come back the following day filled with live music all day from artists such as Lyrics Born, Aima the Dreamer feat. Erica Dee, Sol Seed, Alcyon Massive, & more!  The event is family friendly with free (kids 12 and under are free) all ages activities till (9pm on Friday; 7pm on Saturday) with arts, crafts, games and classes all built around the celebration of local fall activities.

Harvest Party also celebrates the participants of our Community apple drive. We invite the community to bring in their apples, pears, plums in exchange for cider or house sodas, with a percentage of product sale proceeds going to our community partners – McKenzie River Trust, Long Tom Watershed, Friends of Buford Park, and School Garden Project.  You can redeem one bushel (35lbs) for one pint of cider or juice at our Ciderhouse.  Four bushels gets you a growler with the fill or a ticket to both nights of Harvest Party!
