Oregon Cider Week – WildCraft Events

Thursday, June 16 kicks off the 5th Annual Oregon Cider Week, planned by the Northwest Cider Association to “Celebrate the Northwest’s Most Exciting Beverage with tastings, tap takeovers, cider dinners, and more.”

Thursday, June 16 – Sunday, June 26, we have a variety of special events lined up. Throughout this 10-day celebration, we’ll host CiderHouse events like The Cider Experience and the 2nd Annual Hangover Brunch. We’ll also be participating in events around Eugene, Portland, and the Coast, so wherever you are, you can celebrate with us.

Whether you’re new to cider, or you’re a cider lover with a seasoned palate, there will be ciders to tickle your tastebuds & events to inspire your apple fancy. See our current events listed below and stay tuned to our Facebook page for the most up-to-date info.


  • Thursday, June 16
    Cider Experience basic bannerThe Cider Experience
    5:30 – 8:30pm
    The first part of The Cider Experience will include a 3-flight tasting of WildCraft ciders and a tour of the Wildcraft Press House, guided by founder Sean Kelly.  The second portion will include a private dinner and tasting flight of imported ciders. This interactive and educational event will demonstrate the tradition of cider-making and the history that helped inspire WildCraft.

    WildCraft Tasting, Tour & Commemorative Glass – $15

    3:30 – 9:30 pm
    The Portland Cider Company’s hosting an extended Westicana Happier Hour for the Cider Week Kickoff. Head down for cider tastings, rockin’ music, swag, and more!


  • Friday, June 17 & Saturday, June 18
    Cider Summit PDX
    Friday, June 17: 3 – 8pm
    Saturday, June 18: 12noon – 5pm
    In the Pearl for this sixth annual event, WildCraft will be joining regional & international cider producers. Join us for ciders, music, food, even a Dog Lounge.

    Lakeside BrewFest
    Friday, June 17: 4 – 9pm
    Saturday, June 18: 12noon – 9pm
    At the coast for this special two-day event on Wulfy Beach. Make you way to Lakeside and join us for a party on the beach, with great grub and music. WildCraft will be one of the craft breweries serving up your favorite local ciders & beers on the lakeshore.


  • Sunday, June 19
    Happy Father’s Day!
    The CiderHouse will be closed on Sunday, June 19, so our friends & family can enjoy the day with their families.  Head in before Sunday to grab some WildCraft gifts for your dads – from bottled ciders & growler fills to hats & shoodies, we’ve got the gear for your favorite men.


  • Monday, June 20

    Cider Shakeup
    6 – 9pm
    We’ll be opening the CiderHouse for this very special Cider Cocktail competition, featuring WildCraft bartenders and local mixologists. You’ll have the opportunity to sample and vote on the cider cocktails. Winning cocktails will be featured in the CiderHouse all summer. Be sure you’re there to vote for your favorite!
    $30 / $20 Service Industry

  • Wednesday, June 22
    Live Music at The CiderHouse
    6 – 8pm
    Tracy Reynolds is a Singer Songwriter from Nashville who lives in Oregon part time. Join us in welcoming her to Eugene at the Ciderhouse. No cover, just good tunes and great cider. All ages until 9pm.


  • Friday, June 24
    Last Friday Art Walk
    6 – 8pm
    Rock artist Eddie Butler will be providing music at the CiderHouse, as we reveal the showcase of beautiful artwork by Shanna Trumbly.


  • Saturday, June 25
    HIV Sunshine Sessions
    3 – 9pm
    Presented by Day 1 Collective, this free community event will raise money for Eugene charities. Celebrate with the best local art, dance, music, food, and drink! Enjoy live DJs, local food trucks, tasty brews, live artwork, and more! $1 of every pint of WildCraft Cider sold will be donated to the HIV Alliance.


  • Sunday, June 26

    Cider Pairing Hangover Brunch

    10am – 3pm
    We’ll be closing out Oregon Cider Week with the 2nd Annual Cider Hangover Brunch. Cure your cider week hangovers with a seasonal brunch menu, cider-mosas, and other brunch specials.
