Celebrate the beginning of spring with us at the Basque in Spring Cider Pairing Dinner.
The spring-inspired menu will feature Basque dishes with local, seasonal ingredients.
Each dish of the 9-course meal will be paired with a WildCraft cider.
Honoring the history of Basque region, two of the ciders have been specially fermented in the Basque tradition.
